Service Support Management (SSM) Engineer
Responsibilities
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
- Record, track, and document the help desk request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution
- Respond in timely manner to requests and issues
- Repair and replace equipment as needed
- Provide onsite and remote support to end users
Requirements
- IT diploma/degree or related with 2 year’s experience
- Customer service mentality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable
- Solid understading of computers, networks and software
- Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Ability and willingness to work in a high-pressure environment
Call Centre Agent
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level Service Desk incident management and case handling through to successful resolution on in-scope products, services and processes for supported customer
- Remotely troubleshoot customer problems
- Apply solutions to customer problems through phone and email
- Recognize and take action when escalation and de-escalation is required for critical and urgent cases and follow designated customer procedures
- Remotely train customers according to technical release and security standards
- Assist the enrichment of knowledge base by providing Manager feedback on frequently asked questions and resolutions from customers
- Provide 1st level Service Desk incident management and case handling through to successful resolution on in-scope products, services and processes for supported customer
Requirements
- With at least Diploma holder or equivalent
- The candidate will be part of the global helpdesk team (level 1); responsible for providing technical support over phone, email and remote support to customers. The technical problems are related to mobile and PC hardware, software and networks
- Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Must be a team player.
Senior Engineer
Responsibilities
- A senior role that utilizes professional training skills in delivering and disseminating information on company product functionalities and service offerings effectively to internal staff and external client(s)
- Gain deep familiarity and understanding of the product functionalities and service offerings to address any client enquiry
- Design effective training and test materials and other documents such as presentation slides, videos, handouts, quick guide, exercises, assessments and feedback for training on the products and services
- Conduct training and testing such as in nationwide classroom manner, on-site and online training
- Conduct internal training and testing for clients and staff on our products and services
- Consistently update Knowledge Base system and train the staff on how to use the system effectively
- Conduct periodic assessment and performance metrics on the effectiveness of training(s) conducted and knowledge gaps with clients and staff
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes
- Stay current on industry trends, training methodologies, and best practices
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in technical training and development
- Relevant professional skills and/or certificates in training
- Experience in building online help module is desirable
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Diplomatic and tactful, able to adapt to different training styles and environments
- Able to effectively use Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint) to create training and test materials and other related documents
- Ability to work productively in a team and independently as required
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel
