A seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience, Yip Fatt’s expertise spans corporate finance, treasury management, accounts, taxation, and operational oversight. He earned his Advanced Diploma in Accounting from the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and obtained his professional accounting qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2001. Yip later became a fellow member of both the ACCA (FCCA) UK and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Yip began his professional journey in 2002, establishing a strong foundation in auditing and taxation. He then transitioned to the maritime industry, where he effectively oversaw financial operations and corporate reporting for a public-listed company. His remarkable achievements and steadfast commitment to excellence have paved the way for his advancement through various leadership roles, ultimately culminating in his appointment as UltioTech’s Financial Controller in 2017. Yip’s strategic vision, expertise, and unwavering dedication continue to drive the company’s success, making him a pivotal figure in UltioTech’s financial leadership.

Appointed to board on 13 July 2018, YM Syed Mohamad Hafiz Jamalullail (Syed Hafiz) is a visionary leader driving UltioTech’s strategic direction and corporate growth. With a solid foundation in Business Studies, Syed Hafiz embarked his career in the automotive industry in 2004, where he significantly expanded the company’s international sales and established offices in Los Angeles and Amsterdam, accelerating his career over the decade within the company. Today, Syed Hafiz is at the forefront of Malaysia’s IT landscape, spearheading innovation and strategic growth at UltioTech. Beyond UltioTech, Syed Hafiz is a model of entrepreneurial excellence, leading ventures across multiple sectors including La Cucur, an iconic Malaysian F&B brand; Transfert (M) Sdn Bhd, a key player in fertilizer supply; SHJ Engineering Sdn Bhd, a leader in automotive window film manufacturing; and WSA Engineering, his recent venture into manufacturing and marketing of building and automotive components. His visionary approach, profound expertise, and unwavering passion for driving business growth continue to shape and inspire Malaysia’s business sector.

Started her career in 2004, she made a significant impact by leading the launch of Malaysia’s first prepaid transfer solution, a key accomplishment that swiftly ascended her positions within the years. Joining UltioTech in 2008, her extraordinary talent and visionary leadership propelled her to the role of Chief Commercial Officer by 2014. Nafies Aziz’s commercial leadership has driven significant achievements, including securing high-profile concessions, major government contracts, and a recent foray into the airport industry underscores another milestone for UltioTech, reflecting the company growth in solutions and innovation. Her relentless drive and innovative approach continue to accelerate the company’s expansion, setting new benchmarks in business development and strategic collaboration.

With a strong passion and background in electronics and computing, Lau Chee Loong (Eric Lau) has consistently demonstrated technical brilliance and a flair for creative solutions. Began his career in 2002, Eric quickly fast-tracked as a technical expert by spearheading transformative projects across the Asia Pacific region and Australia’s major cities, earning a reputation for delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. His exceptional skills and leadership rapidly advanced his career, leading him to join UltioTech in 2007. Eric played a pivotal role in architecting the company’s IT infrastructure from the ground up. His leadership proved instrumental in securing and successfully executing the 12-year concession Malaysia Immigration Project, delivering the development and deployment within government-mandated timelines. Recognised for his exceptional expertise and strategic vision, Eric was appointed Chief Technology Officer in 2017. As a well-rounded and versatile technology leader, Eric’s mastery spans software, hardware, networking, and people management, propelling UltioTech’s continued success and positioning it at the forefront of industry innovation.

An accomplished Human Resources and Administrative professional with a background in commerce and management, Chai Chiew Lan (Chloe Chai) begin her career in 1999, initially thrived in operational and client management, a journey that ultimately led her to discover her passion for the dynamic fields of human resources (HR). Chloe embarked her HR professional experience in 2008, managing the full spectrum of HR. Her remarkable achievements and unwavering commitment to excellence have propelled her through various leadership positions, culminating in her appointment as UltioTech’s Human Resources & Administrator Director in 2017. Today, Chloe plays a pivotal role in shaping UltioTech’s culture by aligning HR strategies with the company’s mission and vision. She champions performance management initiatives and develops competitive remuneration policies that foster a culture of excellence. Chloe’s extensive skill set reflects her dedication to creating an engaging and efficient workplace, making her an integral part of UltioTech’s ongoing success and innovation in the industry.

A strategic and visionary leader, Peter Fang Kok Hong (Peter Fang) was appointed as UltioTech’s Chief Executive Officer in 2018. Graduated in Engineering from the University of Melbourne in 1998 and a certified Project Management Professional, Peter began his career in 1999 at a leading management and technology consulting firm. His pivotal role in transformative telecommunications projects across Southeast Asia not only established his reputation but also made a significant impact on the industry. Peter embarked on a new journey at a prominent hospitality systems company in 2005, where his relentless drive and expertise further accelerated his career, propelling him to Systems Development Director in 2006. Joining UltioTech in 2008 as a Director of Software Services, Peter catalysed a profound transformation in the company’s software and R&D sectors. Today, Peter steers UltioTech with visionary leadership, overseeing national security infrastructure and critical operations in research, software services, and project management. His leadership continues to drive UltioTech to new heights, setting benchmarks in innovation and excellence.
